Blueberry Killer!
After further research and reading of forums, we decided to give blueberries to Kobi as a snack so he can have something different besides his usual treats and baby carrots. Here are the health benefits for shibas or any doggies on eating blueberries (in moderation).
Blueberries are completely natural and absolutely great for pet dog. Dogs can eat blueberries and seem to love them due to their sugary flavor! If you find that you have abundance of berries you can freeze them, they make excellent treats for both you and your dog!
Blueberries Benefits low in fat and high in vitamin C and fiber increase levels of antioxidants in the blood prevents damage from free radicals Use as an occasional treat, not a daily supplement. Giving too many blueberries may result in gastric upset and diarrhea, The amount to give your dog would depend on their body weight. Nevertheless, ten blueberries or less should be fine for a large or medium dog but give less for a small dog.Can I have the blueberries now??
Being patient...
Herro blueberry
All done!

Go Dog, Go! Canine Festival
Over the weekend we took Kobi to the Go Dog, Go! Canine Festival located at Juanita Beach. This was the first time Kobi has gone to a dog festival so we thought it would be interesting and fun!
Bought this Mal-a-Moo doggie ice cream for Kobi!
Made with all natural vanilla yogurt ice cream with crunchy chicken biscuits.
Mmm... yum!

The Kobi and Mylo Movie!
Happy Thursday!
Here's a video that was created for Kobi and Mylo (Kobi's rat terrier cousin) by my sister, Vanna. She compiled various clips of Kobi and Mylo when they were together playing. This video turned out really cute.
Hope you've enjoyed it! :)

Agility beginner
This summer will be a good one for Kobi because not only does he turns the big 1 years old in June but we also bought him this agility starter course that we will be able to use when it's more sunny outside (mostly summer-time since it's Seattle..) He will learn how to go thru the tunnel, weave thru the sticks, and jump! Which he is already an expert at. Can't wait to try this out with him!
To get this starter kit, you can find it:

Kobi Yashi on Youtube
A while back we setup an YouTube account to show all videos of Kobi growing up.. currently we've uploaded 9 videos of him when he was 8 weeks old and we eventually got either too lazy or too busy to upload more. Which I know is sad because we have lots of videos of him! But last night we found this video on our laptop and I just had to upload it and show. :)
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
